Wer regelmäßig auf meiner Webseite hereinschaut, wird schon viele Fotos von Fiete (Harry v.Mb) und Lotta (Quanda v.Mb) gesehen haben. Die beiden haben sich so gut aneinander gewöhnt und angepasst, dass sie wahrlich ein Herz und eine Seele geworden sind.
Viele denken schon mal darüber nach, wie es wohl wäre einen Zweithund im Haus zu haben. Wird das eine große Veränderung geben? Wie wirkt sich das auf den vorhandenen Hund aus? Gibt es Probleme oder Schwierigkeiten bei der Erziehung, im Alltag oder unter den Hunden? Das sind alles Fragen, die gleichzeitig mit der Überlegung einher gehen. Deshalb sollte die Entscheidung auch gut überlegt sein und im jeweiligen Einzelfall getroffen werden. Es gibt keine allgemeingültige Aussage dazu.
Bei Fiete und Lotta war es jedenfalls der Jackpot! Seine Familie hat sich das Zusammenleben mit 2 Hunden zwar schön vorgestellt, aber die beiden haben alle Vorstellungen übertroffen und machen ihrer Familie jeden Tag viel Freude zusammen.
Fiete passt so gut auf Lotta auf. Wenn ein anderer Hund bei Lotta aufdringlich wird, geht er gleich souverän dazwischen. Wenn sie mal getrennt werden, ist die Wiedersehensfreude riesig. Lotta schaut sich ganz viel von Fiete ab und er wird neugierig auf unbekannte Dinge, wo Lotta ganz unbedarft herangeht. So toll hat sich seine Familie das nicht vorgestellt. Viele, die zwei Hunde haben, erzählten ihnen schon davon und es ist tatsächlich so.
