Heute wird meine liebe Zandy (von der kleinen Oase) 12. Jahre alt.
Heute vor 12 Jahren wurde mir ein Engel auf die Erde geschickt, um mir viel Freude zu bringen.
Zandy (rechts) mit ihrer Schwester im Alter von 10 Tagen in der Elo® Zuchtstätte von der kleinen Oase.
Die Welpenzeit mit ihr war wunderschön.
Doch auch als erwachsener Hund ist sie für mich die schönste und beste Hündin auf der Welt.
Zandy hat mich schon als Welpe auf die Arbeit begleitet und in der Freizeit haben wir noch immer viel Spaß. Sie war und ist für mich immer etwas ganz besonderes und ich bin froh, dass wir die Gelegenheit hatten, so viele schöne Jahre miteinander zu verbringen. Hoffentlich kommen noch einige schöne Jahre dazu. Auch wenn man Zandy inzwischen ihr Alter manchmal anmerkt, gibt es oft genug Situationen, in denen sie wieder wie ein junger Hund herum hüpft, flirtet und sich im Gras oder Schnee kullert. Ihre Lebensfreude ist einfach ansteckend.

Natürlich ist Zandy schon lange aus der Zucht. Aber mir ist nie der Gedanke gekommen, sie deshalb abzugeben. Sie gehört zu meinem Leben und Ihre zwei Würfe haben mir viel Freude bereitet. Nie würde ich mich freiwillig von diesem Hund trennen.
Zandys Nachkommen haben sowohl meine Mühlenbusch-Zucht begründet, als auch einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Klein-Elo® Zucht geleistet. Einige Urenkel und Ururenkel von Zandy sind noch immer in der Elo® Zucht aktive Zuchttiere.
