Der Silvester Tag bei uns läuft fast so ab, wie ein ganz normaler Tag.
Allerdings wird das Futter über den Tag reduziert, damit die Hunde am Abend besonders hungrig sind und sich mit Leckerchen ablenken lassen. Hierfür steht Frauchen während des Tages in der Küche und produziert unsere ganz besonderen Silvester Bällchen.
Die sind der einzige "Knaller", den es bei uns seit Jahren zu Silvester gibt. Heute werde ich das Rezept mal verraten:
200 gr. Rinder- oder Putenhackfleisch
15 gr. Semmelbrösel oder 50 gr. gekochte Hirse
50 gr. gemörserte Haferflocken
1 Ei (Eierschale mörsern)
4 - 5 Eßl. Kokosraspeln
1 mittelgroße, geriebene Möhre
Alles gut vermischen, zu kleinen Bällchen formen und bei 180 °C etwa 20 Minuten backen.
Leckerchen im Backofen austrocknen lassen.
Hoffentlich wird es in diesem Jahr durch das Verkaufsverbot in Deutschland weniger Feuerwerk und Knallerei draussen geben, damit alle Tiere - egal ob Haustier oder Wildtier - einmal einen ruhigeren Jahreswechsel erleben.
