Pünktlich zum 20.01.2023 sind die Welpen von Elli und Hugo zur Welt gekommen.
Nachdem bereits am Vortag abzusehen war, dass die kleinen Racker ihre Koffer gepackt haben und wir uns auf die Geburt vorbereiten müssen, kam am 20.01.2023 um 0:28 Uhr die süße Romy (317 gr.) auf die Welt. Nach einer guten halben Stunde folgte um 1:05 ihr Bruder Rossi (356 gr.). Dann ging es Schlag auf Schlag und jede 1/4 Stunde kam ein kleiner Rheinländer. Erst kam um 1:24 Uhr Roxy (311 gr.) auf die Welt gepurzelt, um 1:40 Uhr ihr Bruder Robin (299 gr.) und um 1:56 Uhr kam Ricky (322 gr.) hinterher. Schließlich folgten noch um 2:12 Uhr Rosalie (303 gr.) und um 2:24 Uhr unser Romeo (335 gr.).
Nun beschloss Elli erstmal ein Nickerchen zu machen, obwohl ich beim abtasten bemerkte, dass noch ein Welpe im Bauch zu sein schien. Also abwarten, was passiert. Nach fast einer Stunde und neu getankter Kraft, kam dann als Schlusslicht um 3:17 Uhr noch Rubina (315 gr.) zur Welt.
Die Welpen sind alle schön kräftig. Mit diesen Gewichten hätte ich nicht gerechnet und freue mich, dass sich alle so gut in Mamas Bauch entwickelt haben. Sie haben auch bereits alle etwas zugenommen, so dass wir guter Dinge sind. Es warten nun einige wunderschöne, aber sicherlich auch turbulente und arbeitsreiche Wochen auf uns.
Ich freue mich schon sehr darauf und genieße jetzt erstmal die Aussicht neben der Wurfkiste.
