Letzte Nacht sind nun endlich unsere P-chen auf die Welt gekommen. Chiwah hat alles so prima gemeistert. Ich bin stolz auf diese tolle Mami! Es war wieder einmal sehr bewegend, wie sehr sie dabei meinen Kontakt gesucht hat. Während der Presswehen habe ich vor ihr gekniet und ich war so gerührt, als sie mir ihren Kopf auf meine Hände legte. Immer wenn ich aufhörte, sie zu streicheln, stupste sie mich an. Das zeigt mir, was es für eine Hündin bedeutet, bei der Geburt nicht alleine zu sein, sondern den Beistand der Bezugsperson zu haben.
Der erste Welpe kam um 0:05 Uhr zur Welt und der sechste um 2:10 Uhr. Es sind 3 Rüden und 3 Hündinnen. Wir sind noch alle sehr müde, aber Mutter und Welpen geht es sehr gut. Die Kleinen sind sehr fit und haben alle ohne Hilfe zur Zitze der Mami gefunden. Die Einzelfotos und Namen kommen später. Bis dahin schon mal ein kleines Video der frisch geborenen Welpen:
